We are looking for a service-minded intern with outstanding communication and organisational skills for an internship with our Customer Experience team for 3- 6 months. If you are the person we are looking for, having strong interest in the customer service industry and e-commerce, you are welcomed to apply.

You will be a key member of a fun and diverse team on its journey to disrupt the premium women’s underwear & swimwear category by being an authentic social arena for female voices. Joining us comes with great freedom, responsibility, loads of fun and a huge opportunity to grow.

Your roles and responsibilities 

• Back office support for the CX team 
• Understanding customers’ needs and offering a solution
• Developing our customer help center
• Improving and innovating processes within the customer experience team

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills in speech and writing in English
• German language proficiency is a merit
• Hands-on mentality and a true problem solver
• Positive mindset

The internship takes place in our office and showroom at Södermalm, Stockholm. The extent of your internship can be discussed, however, we’d prefer at least a 3 month period. This internship is unpaid. 

Whilst we are convinced that personal contact & interaction is key for a growth company, we also offer the option of working remotely, providing flexibility for personal life., giving flexibility to our personal life.
