In this fast-paced and creatively high-energy role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director to transform concepts and creative strategies into engaging, commercial and high-quality content for all our digital channels.

We’re searching for someone who is not only strong at ideation, but who also has the hands-on ability to shoot, create, edit and produce content at a high level. Someone with a sharp aesthetic eye, strong storytelling instincts and deep understanding of what works on TikTok, Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid social.

What you will do
Working in tight collaboration with our Creative Director, the marketing team and our performance team, you’ll be part of the entire creative process, from concept to final delivery. Your primary responsibility is to produce visually compelling, brand-true and performance-optimized content across all channels.
Your daily responsibilities include:
-Shooting, producing and editing high-performing content for all channels including TikTok, Reels, paid ads, social media, newsletters, website and campaigns from flatlays and product reels to creator-style videos and fast-turnaround concepts.
- Conceptualizing and creating digital assets for all paid and organic channels including paid ads, social media, newsletters, website and campaigns ranging from motion content and still images to campaign graphics, stories, newsletters and more.
-Being highly involved in all external photoshoots and productions, both in Sweden and internationally, developing creative concepts, preparing moodboards and shot lists, briefing photographers, videographers and stylists, and helping direct on-set execution to ensure visual quality and brand consistency.
- Translating creative strategies into visual assets that elevate the brand and drive commercial results.
-Ensuring our brand values, aesthetic and tone of voice are consistently delivered across all platforms.
-Writing and adapting copy for paid and organic content, launches and campaign work.
-Managing and growing our social media channels while building a loyal, engaged community.
-Analyzing performance and iterating on content to improve impact.
-Staying ahead of cultural and content trends, continuously bringing new ideas to the team.
-Collaborating with the Creative Director on campaigns, concepts and visual direction.
-Working cross-functionally with both creative/campaign teams and the performance team.
- Identifying and initiating collaborations with creators and influencers.
Who you are
2+ years of relevant education (digital media, graphic design, motion, content creation, art direction).
2+ years of experience from brand or agency, ideally within social, e-commerce or consumer brands.
Strong creative production skills: filming, photography, editing, short-form storytelling.
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom; AE is a plus), Figma and Canva.
Deep understanding of TikTok/IG-native content and platform best practices.
A sharp aesthetic sense: composition, light, visual rhythm, styling and detail.
A commercial mindset- you understand content must both engage and sell.
Strong understanding of brand, performance marketing and content optimization.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
Exceptional organizational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Proactive, curious and always pushing the boundaries of content creation.
Comfortable working independently but also energized by close creative collaboration
