Digital Content Producer

We are looking for a skilled Digital Content Producer to join our team in Stockholm. In this exciting and fast-paced role, you are both part of the creative and performance marketing teams. You are involved from ideation to execution to translating the creative strategy into commercial, engaging & high quality content formats for all relevant channels.

We're looking for a dynamic and flexible individual who is phenomenal at visualizing our ideas and concepts in different media formats.

In this role you’ll be both part of the content marketing team and the performance marketing team. You’ll be involved in the creative strategy development, but your main task will be executing it. Your area of responsibility will be digital design development and content production for all relevant channels. You are skilled in producing both motion and static content and have the ability to professionally turn videos and images into relatable, commercial and brand-elevating content.
Some of your daily tasks:
- Conceptualizing and creating digital assets for all of our own paid and organic channels such as paid ads, organic social media, newsletter, website etc. Assets can be anything from motion content, still images, campaign graphics, stories, newsletters & more.
- Always making sure that our ethos and brand values are always implemented and communicated across all channels.
- Creating in-house organic content such as flatlays, reel-style videos.
- Writing and adapting copy for campaigns, launches, paid and organic captions.
- Managing our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and turning them into engaging and growing channels.
- Working together with the Marketing Team to create campaigns providing content that performs across all channels.
- Analyzing and following up on how assets performed, iterate and improve.
- Staying constantly updated with the latest content trends and ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition. Pitching new ideas and creativity to the whole team - key that you are on top of latest industry best practices for digital marketing, brand experience and content strategy.
- Working multifunctionally between our creative/campaign team and performance marketing team.
- Seeking and initiating collaborations with influencers/ content creators who can elevate our brand to new heights.
- Building, nurturing and growing a loyal community.
What we think you have:
- 2+ years of relevant education, e.g., digital media creative, graphic design, content creation, motion design, art direction.
- 3+ years of work experience on brand (preferably with social media, e-commerce, consumer products or retail category) or agency side working within CRM and/or social ads.
- Strong skills in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and simpler animation/motion graphics.
- Commercial mind-set. We are true believers that this role is fully aware of that great content should look good, engage and sell.
- Sound knowledge of digital brand and performance marketing, content management, social media and CRM platforms.
- Great communication skills and fluent in English. You don't need to speak Swedish men så klart bra om du gör det ;-)
- Strong organizational skills and enjoying working in a creative and fast-paced environment towards deadlines with multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Initiative in always pushing the boundaries of content creation.
- Strong ability and flexibility of working both independently and in teams.
